President Obama promised last year--May 13, 2015 to be precise--to send a donation to a charity established in memory of Kayla Mueller, an idealistic activist taken hostage, tortured, and murdered by Islamic State.
The Prescott, Ariz.-based charity, Kayla's Hands, is still waiting.
