If 100 companies can save $28.6 billion dollars, you can bet they'll do so. You see, by paying the penalty for not carrying private coverage and forcing employees onto the public system, the companies and their owners or shareholders win. And why not? Obamacare offers companies a way to provide coverage and save money. Anybody in their right mind would jump at the chance.
