OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma's House of Representatives passed a resolution on Monday declaring abortion to be murder and calling on state officials at every level to work to support life.
Sponsored by Representative Chuck Strohm, HR 1004 states that "all human life is protected by God's law and the highest laws of the land." Copies of the resolution will be sent to President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. Lawmakers hope that it will support pro-life regulations already in place in the state.
