Patriotism is not a dirty word

John F. Kennedy must be rolling in his grave knowing the premise of the new Democrat is, not what you can do for your country; but what the country can do for you. The mantra being how much they can get away with and how much they can get for them self with the minimum amount of effort or sacrifice. If they are roadblocked achieving this, the country sucks and the people behind the blockage are racists, bigots and homophobic. When I attended school, it was a learning experience that made me aware of how fortunate I was to be living in America, pledging my allegiance to the flag for this privilege. Today, the experience is more like being indoctrinated by a teacher or professor whose ideology is contrary to the conservative and traditional values we earned, from previous generations who shed their blood for their country.
