CNN’s Dana Bash questioned House Speaker Nancy Pelosi about the attack on her husband and its effects on the midterm elections. According to Bash, Pelosi alluded to the idea that the attack against Paul Pelosi is what smote the red wave. What happened to the Speaker’s husband was horrible, but did it single-handedly draw liberal voters to the polls? Not likely. That sounds more like Pelosi being full of herself.
Bash began by following up on what Pelsoi said, “you alluded to this when I asked about your husband. But I just want to ask specifically and kind of point-blank about the fact that there has been such extremism, such political violence, and what happened to your husband was horrific.
