FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA -- A petition drive is demanding that Governor Bob McDonnell and Virginia's General Assembly change Virginia election law to allow WRITE-IN VOTES for the candidate of the voter's choice in Virginia's March 6, 2012, Republican Presidential primary for the Republican nomination.
