President Trump launches an anti-fraud program that will give Americans a 1% commission on the money they find in fraud

"If you turn somebody in and you, let's say, report and you find a billion dollars, we are giving a commission to that person of 1%," Trump said.

"It's a lot of money. And if it's 10 billion, 200 billion, 400 billion, we are giving a 1% commission to that person."

Nick Shirley will become the first person to benefit from the program. He will be given a $10,000 check.
