Rizzolo files redundant Motion with erroneous dates
Last minute, desperate move to continue stalling justice in a criminal case

In what appears to be a last minute, desperate move to continue stalling justice in a criminal case, convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo's attorneys today filed a highly redundant MOTION to try to stop all proceedings at his Parole Violation hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2011.
Rizzolo's legal team is also asking the court to vacate a Judgment Debtor Exam "currently scheduled for December 17, 2010," even though their request is made eight weeks after the date they reference.
