Last minute, desperate move to continue stalling justice in a criminal case

Rizzolo files redundant Motion with erroneous dates

In what appears to be a last minute, desperate move to continue stalling justice in a criminal case, convicted racketeer Rick Rizzolo's attorneys today filed a highly redundant MOTION to try to stop all proceedings at his Parole Violation hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 22, 2011. Rizzolo's legal team is also asking the court to vacate a Judgment Debtor Exam "currently scheduled for December 17, 2010," even though their request is made eight weeks after the date they reference.

The remainder of the MOTION is a re-hash of past Motions made by Rick and Lisa Rizzolo's previous and current attorneys with little or no new information to offer the court. In the Motion, Rizzolo repeats and repeats his claim that he owes beating victim Kirk Henry no more than can be derived from the sale of the defunct Crazy Horse Too, and once again claims the "Government" ruined his business and devalued his property. He also again claims that the court lacked jurisdiction to alter the terms of his parole -- all claims that have been rejected by the court on numerous occasions. If Rick and Lisa Rizzolo redirected the monies being paid to their legal teams into an escrow account, their over $11 million in back taxes, and over $9 million in restitution owed to Mr. Henry could begin being paid. image Here's the complete 11 page MOTION for your perusal:
