WASHINGTON D.C. – Today, the U.S. Supreme Court decided to dismiss two consolidated cases in Moyle v. United States and Idaho v. United States and send them back to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals which has not yet had a chance to hear arguments or decide on the merits of the dispute.
