The following story on the front page of today's San Francisco Chronicle raises the question if LV casinos including the MGM, Hard Rock, and Palms can be held responsible for knowingly taking millions from a man who owe's the IRS, a beating victim, the City of Las Vegas, and others over $28 million dollars?
