Should Las Vegas casinos be liable for Rizzolo’s debts?



The following story on the front page of today's San Francisco Chronicle raises the question if LV casinos including the MGM, Hard Rock, and Palms can be held responsible for knowingly taking millions from a man who owe's the IRS, a beating victim, the City of Las Vegas, and others over $28 million dollars?

These casinos continue to consider Rick Rizzolo one of their best whales, and let him lose tens of thousands each night while they're fully aware that the money he loses in their casinos is owed to the government and Kirk Henry. What is the Nevada Gaming Control Board doing about this? Or are they so controlled by the casinos they are supposed to govern that they are turning their backs? - SM
