Our doctors and lawyers can be charged with "professional malpractice", so why can't or shouldn't our schools and school administrators be also held liable for "educational malpractice"? What a disgrace that the most prosperous and free country in the world, the U.S.A., has such a pitiful record of educational achievement with all those millions of dollars being spent on education in all 50 states.
