Haley Bogaert has owned a beauty business for two years. But COVID-19 restrictions have led her to pivot her service-focused studio to a curbside pickup model that sells skin care and beauty products. She’s had to lay off her employees three times. Under the “shutdown” measures introduced in the province Saturday, retailers like Haley Bogaert Face can continue operating at 25 per cent capacity.
