A very short time ago about when the conservatives were pushing the liberals to allow more domestic drilling for oil and the crashes of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac the price for a gallon of gas at the pumps started to fall. From record highs of $4.25 to current lows in the $1.50 range we watched with great delight as it fell.
