BURLINGTON, VT – Liberty Counsel filed a response in federal court opposing an appeal motion by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in Jenkins v. Miller, a case where a judge awarded summary judgment and a complete and total victory for Liberty Counsel.
