Ingredients
1lb Clam Shell Package California strawberries, stemmed and sliced
4 tbsp sugar
1 pkg light cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp skim milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup light whipped topping or whipping cream
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Directions
- In bowl, toss strawberries with 2 tbsp (30mL) of sugar; cover and set aside.
