Town of Greece v. Galloway, Establishment Clause of the First Amendment


Washington, DC—Today in Town of Greece v. Galloway, the United States Supreme Court ruled that opening a town meeting in prayer does not violate the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment in a 5-4 decision. Liberty Counsel filed an amicus brief in this case.
