Tax bill passes House re-vote - heads to the President's desk for signature

The House of Representatives has - again - voted on the tax bill and - once again - it has passed. This time, the margin was 224-201, and the bill is now headed to President Trump. Initially we expected that there would be a signing ceremony later today, but recent reports indicate that's not the case.
