Texas Governor Greg Abbott says he is sending illegal aliens to the U.S. Capitol:

It seems like the central government, Comrade, is not doing its job of protecting the states from invasion. The US Constitution has couple of sections that describe the feds duty to protect the states and how the states shall respond if the feds fail. See Article 4, Section 4, and Article 1, Section 10.

"No state shall. without the consent of Congress... engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay."

It would seem the southern border states are being, and have been, invaded, perhaps not by military troops, but by civilian hordes. If the feds refuse to protect the border, then the states must do so. Good for Texas. While the feds have no obligation to protect foreign country's borders, they certainly have an obligation to protect our own. Listen up DC!
