Since Vatican Council II, we have seen a radical changeover from a monarchical Church where Christ the King is adored and glorified to a more democratic church where the emphasis is on the community. This has come about through the influence of Communism in the Church.
In 1917, the Blessed Virgin at Fatima warned that if Her requests to convert Russia were not heeded, the agents of Communism would infiltrate the Church with their errors. It was the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) that provided the opening to accelerate this influx of communist activity in the Church.
The plan in 1962 was to invite the Soviets to the Council, which is why certain dissident cardinals met secretly in France beforehand to sign the infamous 1962 Moscow-Vatican Treaty with Archbishop Nikodim Rotov. Russia’s objective was to subvert the Church through the Council, so it was crucial to their plan that the Church first be bound by a treaty that promised there would be no censure of Communism at the Council. Since 1962, the Church’s hands have been bound by this treaty while the agents of Communism have been gleefully at work dismantling the Church incognito.

Wow there are so many stories out there? I had not heard this one before, interesting. Russia is no longer Communist, and I had heard that their church was not connected to the Roman Catholic one? Or the Ukrainian one for that matter? Confusion reigns supreme, the more you read and hear.

This is a concatenation of truth and error. It is true that the Catholic Church has been eviscerated, but that truth is allied with the falsehood that the Protestant Reformation was an evil such that even today Protestants cannot be true followers of Jesus Christ.
Does the writer not remember the evils the Catholic Church had embraced that inspired the 16th century reformers to speak out against it? What about the selling of indulgences? What about the corruption of the priesthood? Martin Luther set out to reform the church, not to establish a denomination outside of it. The intransigence of the Catholic hierarchy, their refusal to acknowledge the sin in their own ranks, is what drove him out.
The evils were so great that the Catholic Church itself had its own reformation a century later. But by then it was too late; the horse was out of the barn and could not be lassoed and returned to it. Catholics need to look at their own failures rather than blaming everything on Protestants and Marxists.
C.S. Lewis said that the divisions in the Christian church are a scandal and a hissing. That is true. Those who seek common ground with their brothers and sisters in Christ are not the enemy. I love my Catholic brothers and sisters. We have the same Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Creating divisions among those who love and follow Jesus is wrong, whoever is doing it, today as much as in the past.
