Agree with this author pretty much across the board, but with one glaring exception: this is all being undertaken purposely. We are not just watching the foolish acts of incompetence, we are watching these incompetents being used and manipulated by our world's elitists --the World Economic Forum, for one, comes to mind.
Yes, we are starting to see some push back around the globe as freedom-loving peoples are sounding the alarm and pushing back against the marxists and other authoritariansns who have risen to prominence and power in the past several years.
I pray it is neither too little nor too late.

Written in 2017, he points out:

the world becomes completely unglued on a regular cyclic basis.....ww1 and ww2 were examples...the fall of the roman empire and hunnic and mongolian conquests...napoleon's empire and the conquering islamic hordes
its not possible to have a stable unchanging safe world full of abundance and clean environments....the human animal is like a collection of ants and the antpile must overwhelm and decimate the environment near it or perish....there is no higher driving principle than 'survival of the fittest' for man or ants...democracy is a weak slow inefficient form of governance, and it usually falls soon after the first really strong personality challenges it.

Exactly, the world needs a strong honest and true USA, and it was coming back strong under Pres. Trump.
I read yesterday that these WEF bonehead takeover artists who own our programmed puppet leaders, that they are hoping to get over 100 million refugees or illegal border crosser into the USA to destroy it forever and the ruined already Mexico and Canada will all be joined with the USA for the UN world takeover agenda? Scary and at one time no one would believe all this crazy stuff but they better start watching it happen now. Hope it is not too late.

Ray, your perceptions and comments are right on the mark, as usual. I do believe that after our generation is gone, the nation will face a world of hurt. I doubt our nation will resemble the one we grew up in but, instead, will deteriorate and our Constitution and rule of law become a thing of the past, going the way of civility and compassion.

VOTE DEMOCRATS If you are in favor of massive inflation, higher taxes, open borders (8,000+ daily,) rampant crime, defund the police, mass homeless, BLM riots/looting (cost billions while BLM founder is accused of stealing 10M,) CRT, Wokeism, Cancel Culture, Transgenderism, etc. The disastrous Afghanistan pullout, no longer energy independent (depleted 30% of oil reserves, sold oil to China and purchased from Russia- insanity) coupled with unsustainable energy policies, 85,000 new IRS agents (will audit everyone) and the 430B Inflation Reduction Act (LOL.) I can't believe that a Christian country such as the US is unaware of Matthew 24 and all the sections of the Book of Revelation that covers end times. You have to be willfully blind to ignore the soon to be appearance of the Lord Jesus Christ.
