Yes, it can be reversed. Forgiveness is available to all who will repent, turn from their old ways and seek Him diligently. Satan does not need to purchase any soul. He can't do anything with it but join it in the lake of fire come the Judgment of the Great White Throne. Satanism is a silly religion or worldview because it is doomed to lose and has no means of existing eternally. It gives Iron Pyrite rather than the genuine element, it exists as falsehood and deception from its beginning.
