A young migrant woman with a prior assault rap who was arrested again last week for allegedly slapping an NYPD cop has been freed without bail, officials said Sunday.
Baibaia Rodriguez, 20, was arraigned Friday on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest, attempted assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct for the Thursday night scuffle over unregistered motorbikes outside the Stratford Arms Hotel migrant shelter on the Upper West Side, a rep for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office told The Post. -- More...
