Transition to Power

With the Obama Administration first 100 days past, it is not just time to give him a report card grade. More importantly for Americans and citizens of every country who watch the politics and policies of the U.S., everyone needs to know what the administration is facing in terms of barriers to success and what his future "grade" should be based on. The following is a list that should be used to judge his performance going forward, failure on each critical point would likely be a strike against him and also a point on which any future potential opposing candidate could use during the next campaign cycle.
