I think the guy on the right kind of looks like Max Gale of Barney Miller fame. The guy on the right just looks like an idiot, but then the look in the eyes is mere confirmation when you know what he was up to earlier in the day:
The Pima County Sheriff's office confirmed that Mark Prichard, 59, was arrested on Thursday at Flake's Tucson office.
According to an aide to Flake, Prichard told a staffer:
