GENEVA, – The time has come for the UN’s highest body on human rights to move from rhetoric to concrete action, UN Watch said in advance of the 22nd session of the UN Human Rights Council, a month-long meeting that opens this week with speeches by 100 foreign ministers and other dignitaries.
