OTTAWA, August 30, 2010 -- The National Council of Veteran Associations (NCVA) commented today on ongoing news stories regarding the lack of response from the Federal Government and senior public servants to Canada’s veterans, and emphasized that now is not the time to downsize Veterans Affairs Canada.
