The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Canada’s $1-billion-dollar-a-year taxpayer-funded state television network, seems to have come up with a winning race horse to take scandal-plagued Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to reelection in October.
From what appears to be a planted town hall question in Kitchener, Ont.
