WestJet sets new record
Airline will fly more guests today than at any time in its history
CALGARY, WestJet today announced it will fly 50,336 guests on 434 flights today, setting a new single-day record for the airline. The previous record was 49,545 guests on 418 flights, set on October 8, 2010, the Friday of the Thanksgiving long weekend.
