Senile, little girl fondling, incompetent, dysfunctional, demented Joe Biden is not capable of running a lemon-aid stand much less being president of this country. He should be sitting in a rest home watching re-runs of Gilligan's Island and dreaming of sniffing Ginger's hair while waiting for his next meal and round of meds.
