Although I haven’t personally checked, I seriously doubt that charity is enumerated in any state constitution as a government function. The first government sponsored charity began when the Marxist government of Franklin D. Roosevelt implemented the Social Security Tax originally known as Old Age, Survivor, and Disability Insurance (OASDI). Originally the ultimate beneficiary and their employer paid into this fund, so it was a paid for benefit. Medicare, like Social Security, is a program where employees prepay for some of their old age medical care.

You do not appear to understand that Dominion controls all elections, with the assistance of just enough RINOs to make sure the Zionist agenda aka the NWO is fully carried out.
They disappear anyone who gets in their way, and have orchestrated the slaughter of hundreds of millions of people over the last several centuries.
They control the vote. Now with COVID, we live in a medical surveillance state. By design.
What we are seeing was planned long ago.

One direction of cure is to recognize election as establishing the agency of the elected officer in service to the voters as clients. The agent who spends a client's money without permission is engaged in Embezzlement. If the client refuses the responsibility to pay, then responsibility for payment is personally upon the agent. Just think what that would do to the way we have been approaching the National Debt!

I read some time ago that if you take everything that the government of Oregon offers to its citizens, it would come to be comparable to approx $36,000 per year salary for the working man. So why work?
My feeling is, to cut off everything and when people get hungry most will work and the rest would be sitting in jail for stealing!
