Charlie Rangel built his career on one thing: race-baiting. Ok, no. Hang on a minute. There are wwo things: Race-baiting and a seemingly endless list of ethics violations. Nope. Sorry. I forgot one. Obviously there's the race-baiting and the ethics violations, but there's also dodging taxes.
