Cell phones, long a favourite tool of terrorists (those who cause “man-caused disasters” in Obama speak) have now become the province of politicians.
Purse snatchings, rape, murder and mayhem will still happen in the Big Apple (neck and neck with San Francisco as Grand Central Politically Correct) but folk in certain sections of the city will be forewarned of bomb threats and any hurricanes heading their way.
