CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) won in court, and their order to "cull"- i.e. SLAUGHTER - 400 healthy and beautiful ostriches has been affirmed
They now have authorization to murder nearly 400 healthy ostriches at Save Our Ostriches - some of whic h have been in the family for over 3 decades, because of unsubstantiated fears of avian flu
