A coalition of 128 Republican lawmakers is pressing the federal government to scrutinize Planned Parenthood’s taxpayer funding and determine whether the nation’s largest abortion business and its affiliates have misused federal dollars.
The request comes after Planned Parenthood has been found to engage in fraud in other instances.
Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., and Sen. James Lankford, R-Okla., led the bicameral letter to Health and Human Services Inspector General T. March Bell. They asked his office to review Planned Parenthood Federation of America and its affiliates and, if appropriate, open a formal investigation.
“We write to request that the Office of Inspector General (OIG) review and, if appropriate, initiate an investigation into the activities of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc. and the organization’s affiliates,” the lawmakers wrote. ---More...
Justice Samuel Alito Defends “Courageous” Decision to Overturn Roe v. Wade
Justice Samuel Alito said the Supreme Court majority that overturned Roe v. Wade showed courage, and that the 2022 decision cost him friendships and brought death threats.
Alito spoke in an interview with CBS News chief legal correspondent Jan Crawford. CBS said the interview is set to air Monday.
Asked about difficult cases, he pointed to Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the ruling that overturned Roe.
“Well, the leading example is Dobbs. I think that required courage by all of the justices in the majority,” Alito said. “It required courage to go ahead with that because of the implications.” ---More...
UCLA Caught Buying Aborted Baby Parts, Altering Paperwork to Hide It
Newly released public records obtained by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) reveal that the fetal organ-harvesting company Cercle Allocation Services billed a UCLA research laboratory $765 each for individual fetal body parts harvested from late-term abortion facilities.
Peer-reviewed research confirms that Cercle, which has previously harvested organs under the name Advanced Bioscience Research (ABR), has been a source of human fetal tissue for researchers. ABR and its partners at Planned Parenthood were the subject of Congressional criminal referrals in 2016 prompted by CMP’s undercover video reporting in 2015 by David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt who exposed Planned Parenthood’s aborted baby body parts trade.
Liberty Counsel defended Merritt against felony charges and in a civil suit for uncovering the truth about the abortion giant’s horrific trade in baby body parts.
CMP, a group of independent journalists reporting on medical ethics, published the documents after obtaining them through a California Public Records request. According to the documents, which included purchase orders and email correspondence between Cercle and UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine’s Division of Hematology-Oncology, there was a total of $16,065 paid to Cercle in 2023 for 21 aborted baby body parts—14 livers and seven thymus glands—for a flat fee of $765 each. ---More...
Brigitte Stegemann’s Euthanasia Was Botched Just Like Christa Pike’s Execution
On Wednesday, September 30, Tennessee had it’s second consecutive botched lethal injection execution, this time it was Christa Pike.
The concerns related to botched execution deaths also apply to botched euthanasia and/or assisted suicide deaths.
Concerning Christa Pike, a report from WBIR news stated:
Pike’s attorneys say she was given two doses of the lethal injection drug but she remained alive, though her condition is still unknown.
They filed an emergency motion at 8:26 p.m. CDT on Wednesday alleging the prolonged execution was causing Pike unnecessary physical and mental suffering and violated her constitutional protection against cruel and unusual punishment.
“Tonight the State of Tennessee once again failed to carry out a lawful execution,” Pike’s attorneys said. “We take no pleasure in being right, but the concerns raised by Ms. Pike proved to be true: difficult vein access, blown veins, degraded pentobarbital, no emergency medical care available when things inevitably go wrong, all under a protocol that remains veiled in secrecy. Christa is being treated at a nearby hospital. We have not been informed as to her condition.” ---More...
Charges Against Pro-Life Woman Dropped for Making Video Outside Planned Parenthood
Charges against pro-life activist Anastasia Rogers have been dropped after California prosecutors spent nearly a year pursuing her over a 14-second video recorded outside a Planned Parenthood clinic.
Rogers was arrested Dec. 18, 2025, on the public sidewalk in front of the Planned Parenthood facility at 1522 Bush Street while handing out pregnancy resource pamphlets.
She was charged under California’s Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act and Penal Code 423.2(g). Prosecutors alleged the Instagram reel she recorded was meant to intimidate clinic staff.
The state law makes it a crime to use force, the threat of force, or physical obstruction to interfere with someone seeking or providing reproductive health care. She faced up to two years in prison and was placed under a protective order that limited her sidewalk outreach.
But all Rogers did was hand out brochures and record a video following a trend online about having health conversations with others. ---More...
