A Danger or Just a Nuisance

The ‘O’ reminds me of the kid flashing out of his driveway on a too big bike with wobbly training wheels and a demonstrable appearance of conquest and defiance. And one can imagine the scene when the ‘trainers’ fall off. At the outset there was the potential that he would dominate the play area.

One who announces the ability to walk on water may properly be taken to possess something beyond mere mortals’ comprehension as a matter of pragmatic curiosity. It is reminiscent of the guy who invented the computer and carbon tax credits. The American people and a sizable portion of the world have now pronounced the ‘announced’ a charlatan. The play area being a bit more encompassing than the bike riding street, it does require a determination of whether the charlatan is actually dangerous or merely a quasi-serious nuisance. True, at the push of a button he could theoretically blow the world up. This is unlikely because charlatans are cowards and self preservation is a primary instinct. The second limitation is now set in place, a ‘new’ congress. It can be likened to the parents’ first delight seeing the kid mount the bike but most alarmed with the potential when the wheels fell off, in that he could kill himself, some one else or for the pragmatic, smash the hell out of the new expensive bike. Then too, ‘O’ has produced such a plethora of foreign policy positions, all flawed and contradictory of the previous ‘norms’ that both friend and foe have determined he is just messing with the sand box., ‘Don’t pay any attention, he is only a child.’ There are of course the drama queens like the North Korean and Iranian and Soros who are unrestrained at beating their chests in public, as well as, Russia and China desirous of destabilizing the dollar for some perceived fun. All this is not to suggest that messing the sand box has not and is not a vexing problem. There are now, thank goodness, some reliably smart people to be installed in the 112th Congress. Then too on the up side is the historical fact that America is a champion bike rider. The new guard is aggressive and determined to carry out the mandate presented by victory in the first battle of the Second Revolution, the ‘Battle of November 2nd’, as history will so record.. Likewise, we have the most perfect business plan ever created, our Constitution. There, too the nation has clearly awakened to a no holds barred Protect and Defend next battle of the Second Revolution. The progressive trash is unmasked and will be hunted down and crushed. Their only ally on the face of the earth was apathy. It no longer exists. Rufus Choate, a United States Senator from Massachusetts, in 1834, penned and spoke what was then and remains a glimpse of the actual soul of America
… “the leading feature then, in the character of the American people in the age of the Revolution was what Burke called in Parliament their “fierce spirit of liberty”. “It is stronger in them”, said he, “than in any other people on earth.” “I am convinced”, said our youthful and glorious Warren, - in a letter to Quincy, little more than six months before he fell on the heights of Charlestown, - I am convinced that the true spirit of liberty was never so universally diffused through all ranks and orders of men on the face of the earth, as it is now through all North America. It is the united voice of America to preserve their freedom or lose their life in defence of it.”
We the People have never lost and never will!
