A whistleblower alerted fraud, and was ESCORTED OUT OF THE BUILDING, faced "lengthy investigation," got TRESPASSED from DHS properties, and got "involuntary transfer to another state agency"

She confirms the administration ramped up SURVEILLANCE on EMPLOYEES who were concerned about fraud - rather than the fraudsters themselves
