Actions of a dictator

When it comes to amnesty or any other issue facing our country, there are two litmus tests.

Is it lawful and do the majority of the people want it. We shouldn't pass things that are unlawful or that bypass the process even if the people want it, nor should we pass lawful legislation against the will of the people. We can debate all day the issue of morality or fairness but the bottom line is that on the issue of amnesty, it is not lawful, nor do the people want it. Make no mistake, this is the action of a dictator, not a man who represents government of, by and for the people. He is taking an action against the will of the people and the Congress to fulfill his own agenda. What will be next? Bruce Butler Englewood, FL
