US Naval Academy (USNA) Professor Bruce Fleming told The Associated Press that midshipmen who struggle are given easier coursework or unlimited tutoring, breeding resentment among students who expected to get a first-rate education along with their military training. The environment is particularly toxic for talented black midshipmen, he said, because they are perceived by some classmates as less-qualified. ‘My students are disillusioned beyond belief,’ Fleming said. ‘They see people being coddled for political reasons or racial reasons or sports reasons.’Conservatives are considered racist for no longer recognizing the need for Affirmative Action and regarding all candidates as equal. While working for liberals, I always had to initially prove my competence to coworkers and inform them of my years of experience as I was routinely viewed as an unqualified affirmative action hire. The beauty of working for conservatives is that every minority selected knows he or she was because they are the best at what they do, and everyone in that workplace knows this as well. End of story.
