The government is assessing communities across the country and where they find a lack of diversity, they will throw all the power of the government into fixing your neighborhood. They will force zoning changes and force banks to finance housing for minority populations. Do some research on "Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing" there is plenty of information on the HUD program. While you are at it, check out the history of home values where diversity has been forced. Under this regime it is no longer possible to live where you chose.
