Commies like New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio don’t skate on kids’ ice rinks—but think nothing of skating on thin ice when it comes to trying to deprive little kids of the healthful Winter fun of skating.
That’s chiefly because Communists in public office hold themselves as elitists who regard citizens under their pompous command as plebes.
Ditto for the children of plebes as far as His Worship is concerned.“The stunning policy reversal came after devastated skaters fumed over the weekend that they shouldn’t be kept off the ice due to Hizzoner’s beef with the Trump administration. “The Wollman and Lasker rinks will stay open under current management for the few weeks left in this season.” “But make no mistake, we will not be doing business with the Trump Organization going forward. Inciting an insurrection will never be forgotten or forgiven.”How big and generous—or plain mean and petty— of city council to give little kids a few weeks of this year’s skating, but throw politics in by stating they will not be doing business with the Trump Organization going forward. Like it’s up to a municipal council to give or take away the skating privileges of the young?
