Arrests and detainment of American citizens

We here in the United States are seeing or hearing about many of these same kinds of abductions happening to former military personal and one that took place just recently in the state of Virginia and it was from that one event we are now learning about many more of these false/wrongful arrests and detainment based much on the same as in Mr. Hagmann's article, but without the religious underpinnings.

I'm trying to get in contact with some of these people and advise them to use/work within the system or otherwise they will get nowhere. Having names and departments or government agencies involved would be helpful in doing a Freedom of Information Act request and getting these folks to understand they must take all their collected data and or evidence to a local Grand Jury and only then will proper justice be serviced to those that conspired to do this and in fact did this.
