Arrogant Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Reduced to Minority StatusThe only good news takeaway from yesterday’s Canadian Election is that scandal-plagued Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his ‘Progressive’ MPs were reduced to Minority Status, despite the fact that the Socialist New Democrat Party (NDP), with whom he will likely form a Coalition Government, will make Canada even more Progressive. It’s a blessing in no disguise that Barack Obama’s 11th-hour endorsement couldn’t pull him over the top to majority status.

Going in, the election was he Conservatives to win

As of press time, Andrew Scheer’s Conservatives won the popular vote. Conservatives won 34.43% of the popular vote, while the Liberals won 33.05%. Going in, the election was he Conservatives to win. Trailed by the SNC-Lavalin scandal, not to mention all of Trudeau’s cringe-worthy costume get-ups and resurrection of his Blackface days, the Liberals should have been easy pickings. It could be reasonably argued that Scheer spent more time dissing People’s Party of Canada (PPC) leader Maxime Bernier, the Conservative who formed his own party when Scheer drove him out of the Conservative Party—seeming not to recognize that voters considered Trudeau the bigger enemy. Interesting to note that Jody Wilson-Raybould, Trudeau’s former Attorney General and Justice Minister, who blew the whistle on Lavalin was the only Independent to win a seat in the entire election. With polls showing the Liberals and Conservatives neck and neck, Scheer turned up at Bernier’s home riding in Beauce, Quebec on the weekend, photographed toasting supporters with a glass of milk, at a time when millions of Canadians recognized that the Conservatives need not a milquetoast but a strong leader who can hold back the rise of Progressives. Sadly, Bernier—shut out by media during the entire election campaign—lost his seat last night.

Alberta, is “a province without a country"

As Albertan patriot Lynda Anderson accurately pointed out yesterday, the outcome in Canada’s resource-rich Province of Alberta, is “a province without a country". With Trudeau’s $600-million investment in mainstream and social media and the nation’s government funded Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Trudeau’s corner, focusing on Bernier rather than Trudeau was risky business on Scheer’s part. Toronto Sun headlines this morning read ‘A Trudeau win means a divided Canada’ (Brian Lilley), ‘Electing Trudeau means more carbon taxes’ (Lorrie Goldstein). The headline of the Sun’s main editorial reads: ‘Post-election, it’s time for a dose of humility’. Don’t count on any humility from a prime minister who flat out refused to answer any meaningful questions from reporters during the campaign, only smugly smiling at them instead. With the NDP—who won only 24 seats yesterday as his Coalition partner, the prime minister will be more Progressive than ever. Trudeau is still under the spell of Obama, whose top campaign team members got him elected in the first place, in 2015. Canada Free Press is so sorry to have called it right: the biggest nightmare in the election outcome was a Liberal/NDP minority, and that’s exactly what Election 2019 will usher in. Canada, which Trudeau contends is ‘Moving Forward’, is now more divided than it’s ever been. We can sadly conclude as divided as America currently is. More than anything else, IT STINKS and IT STINGS. Having lost an Election that was theirs to win, it’s time for the Conservatives to find a strong leader. Meanwhile, God Save the Land of the Maple Leaf from globalist Progressive Barack Obama bro, self-acclaimed “sunny ways” Justin Trudeau.
