Every level of public edukshun and many 'private' institutions of higher edukshun have no concept of or interest in educating students, all they are interested in is ejecting more Progressive mush-minds.
I'm afraid that they have succeeded beyond all their dreams, companies are fully of pampered idiots that are lucky to find their way to 'work' let alone do anything when they get there!
Progressives thrive on taxes, idiots don't generate income and taxes, so Progressives are programming their own demise.
I suggest that the North American economies are stumbling along because there still remains a residual population of people that aren't Progressive mush-minds. Guess what they are getting old and retiring. The base is going away very fast.
I would very much like input from Canadian's. I suspect the situation is similar, but have no actual evidence to support such a premise.
