On January 1, 2010, Audi Canada replaced its current vehicle history report (VHR) provider with CarProof(R) Vehicle History Reports. Audi has built and maintained its reputation by relying on keen attention to detail. Every used Audi undergoes a rigorous inspection process before it can qualify as an Audi Certified pre-owned vehicle. Audi stands behinds its offering of performance and peace-of-mind by instituting a set of qualifiers for their CPO vehicles that are amongst the toughest in the industry.

CarProof reports provide Audi with critical used vehicle data from Canada and the U.S. This information gives Audi the added assurance to wholly stand behind their certified offerings; consistently providing an outstanding product along with added warranty, customer support, scheduled maintenance, roadside assistance and special financing terms. "The switch to CarProof for our vehicle history requirements was an easy decision to make", said Dino Casanova, Audi Canada's National Commercial and Pre-owned Sales Manager. "With our business model aligned to provide attractive, sophisticated and technically perfect new cars, CarProof allows us to ensure the integrity of the used vehicle we are 'certifying' and is an essential step in maintaining our brand. An Audi Certified pre-owned vehicle represents remarkable value - value that is backed and enhanced by a clean CarProof report." "CarProof is committed to empowering both consumers and the automotive industry with the tools required to conduct proper due diligence and facilitate full disclosure and true transactional transparency," said Paul Antony, President of CarProof. "We are very pleased that Audi Canada has recognized CarProof as the industry standard in vehicle history reporting in Canada and will be adding the power of CarProof VHRs to the Audi Certified pre-owned program."
