Bannon Sounds the Alarm on Judicial Supremacy — “We Are Hurtling Towards a Constitutional Crisis”

The rogue judiciary is going all in to stop Trump—and Steve Bannon says the clock is running out.

With activist judges blocking key parts of Trump’s agenda—including his executive order to fire entrenched federal workers and eliminate bloated agencies—Bannon issued a three-word warning to the administration:

“We’re burning daylight.”

“You see what they're doing now with these judges?”

“We're going to have before their term ends—before they take the summer off, we're going to have to sort this mess out.”

“We're hurtling towards a constitutional crisis.”

“I mean, we have a constitutional crisis right now,”

What’s happening, Bannon argues, goes far beyond normal legal battles.

He says unelected judges are seizing powers the Constitution never gave them.

“Because these judges, we now have judicial supremacy that's not in the Constitution,”

“The founders of the nation would have never done that. They talked about the Supreme Court in the Constitution, but didn't get it in any specific details.”

“And, yes, they have judicial review, but now we have judicial supremacy and judicial sabotage.”

He pointed directly to a federal judge who just blocked Trump’s executive order as proof of how the system is being weaponized against reform.

“This thing last night, these radical Democrats are smart about where they go. They know this. This is why taking on the law firms is so important. This is why taking on the Ivy League schools is so important. This is why breaking these institutions is so important to us now.”

He ended with a gut punch that doubled as a warning shot:

“And it must continue. And we cannot flinch. If we flinch, we lose. If we flinch, then everything in 2024 is just given away.”
