Barack Obama the loser

I've been struck by an awful truth. I've been playing the same numbers in the lottery for years and on rare occasions I may have hit it for a buck or two. Wait a minute...........Doesn't this sound a lot like Barack Obama's strategy against what he refuses to identify as Islamic terrorism? A drone hit here and there.
