Become a Canadian while wearing a full face mask

Does the recent court ruling allowing immigrants to Canada being sworn in as a Canadian citizen fully masked mean it is now lawful for anyone to wear a mask when applying for a driver's licence, health card, credit card, Social Insurance card, etc. Perhaps it will also extend as it being legal now for bank robbers to rob banks fully masked.
