Beware the Obama Onslaught and the GOP-machine ‘Tessio-factor!’

With only one month before the most important mid-term in generations, there are encouraging signs that not only will a sizeable number of Demoncrats be banished from their feudal thrones in Congress, but the ranks of the Progressive Republicans will be pruned as well!

While not wanting to put the cart before the horse, it’s time for those at the forefront of the TEA Party to begin forging a phalanx of protection for the newly elected TEA Party novices from the attacks that are sure to come. The Bilderberg media will take its marching orders from the White House, doing whatever it can to create doubt and confusion. The media has consumed the Kool-Aid of the regressive Progressive Demoncrats for so long that it has morphed into a Goebbels-like arm of the Demoncratic Party. Additionally, an animal is most dangerous when it is wounded. The Jackass Party will be kicking up its hooves to do maximum harm. The Jackass Party thrives on the ability and willingness of the media to promote confrontation and obfuscation in advancing their combined, hideous agenda. These are givens. The TEA Party movement needs to be concerned with two issues. First, President Obama will have a new foil upon which he can surreptitiously blame the plight of America for the devastating agenda to which he is committed. Finger-pointing is one of the ‘endearing’ hallmarks of this President. Secondly, and more importantly, TEA Party members of Congress must beware of the ‘Tessio-factor.’ The potential euphoria within the GOP and the TEA Party will quickly fade to reality. When it does, the GOP-machine will be looking to bring the new talent embodied by those of the TEA Party under its control. After finding out how challenging it is to run for office and raise the money needed for a successful election campaign, the novices could be ripe for the picking. It is natural to seek acceptance within the circle of people with whom one works. Unfortunately, with excessive incumbency within each party over the years, the people’s business and Party principles have given way to a strange coalition of the elected against the electorate. If you are familiar with the ‘Tessio’ character in ‘The Godfather,’ you know Tessio was a trusted confidant of Don Vito Corleone. At the burial of Vito Corleone, Tessio approaches Michael Corleone, offering protection for Michael on his ‘turf’ when Michael meets with the Mafia Dons of New York City. He is actually setting Michael for his assassination. Fortunately, for Michael, prior to his passing, Vito advises his son to beware that someone he trusts will approach him who has turned traitor. This is an attempt to emulate Vito Corleone, warning the TEA Party to be careful with whom they trust and associate. GOP-machine ‘Tessios,’ will be bearing committee assignments, fundraising capabilities and other subtle forms of political bribes to the TEA Party novices who are now on the turf of the GOP-machine inside the Beltway. The temptation to capitulate will be difficult to resist. Michele Bachmann provides a prime example of how to conduct one’s self with dignity and effectiveness, while staying true to one’s principles and morals. We are where we are due to the actions of members of both political parties over many years. The TEA Party represents an exciting break from ‘business as usual,’ a new opportunity for genuinely representative government. By caucusing together, the TEA Party can take the first of many steps in reversing the catastrophic lurch towards leftist socialism, preserving our Constitution and the freedoms guaranteed within it. I pray that the TEA Party novices are equipped with the ethical and moral foundations to withstand the Obama onslaught and the seductive entrees of the GOP-machine. It is not hyperbole to say that the fate of the nation and the free world will rest upon their shoulders.
